ok i am 13 years old i go spearfishing alot but freediving so i wanted to know how can i hold my breath longer so far i have gone 47 feet is that good for my age?
i am 13 too. my advice is just time yourself everyday. try beating your previous time by 1 second every time. it may not seem like much at first but it will eventually add up. just think, if you did this for a month, you will have improved your time by at least 30 seconds. good luck. hope this helps.
